If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. ## 2. Description of Service Grand Theft Garage is a fan-made, unofficial tracking and management tool that allows players of Grand Theft Auto Online ("GTA Online") to catalogue their in-game vehicles, properties, and garages. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or any of their subsidiaries. ## 3. User Accounts ### 3.1 Registration You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details up to date. ### 3.2 Account Security You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. ### 3.3 Account Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. ## 4. Acceptable Use You agree not to use the Service to: - Violate any applicable laws or regulations - Impersonate any person or entity - Upload or transmit malicious code or harmful content - Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its underlying systems - Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent - Scrape, crawl, or systematically collect data from the Service ## 5. User-Generated Content You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (such as custom vehicle images or notes). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. You are solely responsible for any content you upload. You warrant that you have the right to upload such content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. ## 6. Intellectual Property Grand Theft Garage, its logo, and all original content created by us are our intellectual property. Grand Theft Auto and related assets are the intellectual property of Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive. We make no claim to those assets. ## 7. Disclaimer of Warranties The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that: - The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free - Any data stored within the Service will be preserved indefinitely - The information within the Service is accurate, complete, or up to date ## 8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grand Theft Garage and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruption. ## 9. Third-Party Services The Service is hosted on Vercel and uses Supabase for data storage. Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms of those third-party providers. We are not responsible for the practices of those services. ## 10. Privacy Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. ## 11. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document when changes are made. ## 12. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts. ## 13.
